You can join an exercise club at the local gym or you can go bike riding at the beach & other things like that. If the weather gets too warm then try doing the exercises very early in the morning or late at night when the weather cools down. Good Luck with your exercise

On Valentines Day, I’m going to a waterpark with my youth group. I want to look good, and lose weight, FAST. But healthy. I’m 5ft 7in. I weigh about 145-150, and carry my weight in my belly (ugggghh). How can i get rid on it !!?!?!?!!?!?
There aren’t really any magic tricks to losing weight. It basically breaks down to burning more calories than you consume, but there are things you can do to help tip that balance.
Consume no simple carbs like sugar or flour. If you have to have carbs, make sure they’re full of fiber like steel cut oats or bulgur wheat.
Drink no calories. That means no soda pop, fancy coffee with lots of sugar and cream, or anything sweetened.
Exercise. I can’t stress the importance of exercise enough. Cardio will get your heart rate up and burn more while you’re doing it, but strength training will build up your muscle mass, which will burn more calories even when you’re at rest. The increased muscle mass may not show a loss on the scale, but it will definitely improve how you feel and how toned you are.

I would like to lose some weight. I feel uncomfortable with my body. Go to the gym, try to fasting but it didn’t work. All I have done but the only thing I can’t do is suppress my appetite. I’m so weak if I eat very little. Is there the best way to lose my weight without eat little? Please, help.

Fruits and vegetables, drinking green tea a day can burn your calories about 60 to 80 calories.
- When you are in diet program there are tendency that our body lose many proteins, carbohydrates or fiber which it can’t replace by your daily meal. We need some supplements. But remember you should be careful when choosing the best diet supplement.

I’m 5’7 and like 157 pounds. And I would like to weight at least 130 by august 24. Basically i’m sick of people making fun of me. And i’m sick of being overweight. Keep in mind i’m a picky eater. So dieting is kind of hard for me.
On august 24 we have our first day of school. So I want to try and show people that i’m not lazy.
Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu’s even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck

I know diet and exercise,
But I am a teenager who isn’t fat,
I just want to get into shape before the summer..
I’ve never been confident enough to wear a two piece but I’ve recently decided things need to change. I’m thinking of my health in the future also
What is a good Diet and exercise schedule i should follow?
1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
